Milma Primus Cafe is a casual, dairy-forward cafe located just off the Palakkad-Kozhikode highway in Koppam. The space feels cozy with a relaxed vibe, making it a practical stop for locals and travelers alike who want a quick, refreshing break during the day. Its strong connection to Milma’s dairy heritage shapes much of the menu, offering a variety of milk-based products alongside light bites.

If you’re passing through or nearby, this cafe provides more than just the usual coffee and snacks. Milma Primus stands out for its unique range of dairy items beyond the typical. You'll find interesting offerings like milk peda, payasam mixes, flavored milks, paneer, and even items like ghee and burfi, providing a sense of place tied closely to the region’s rich dairy tradition.

For those dropping in to eat, the menu leans towards satisfying snack options – sandwiches with simple but well-executed fillings like classic vegetarian and creamy mushroom, paired with a cup of the cafe’s signature Primus Tea, which many note for its balance and freshness. Pancake bowls and waffles topped with ice cream add a sweet dimension if you want a treat. There’s also a variety of momos and some experimental snacks, reflecting a willingness to mix traditional with fun, contemporary flavors.

The atmosphere is informal yet tidy, with cozy seating that invites lingering. Staff are attentive without being intrusive, making it a comfortable spot to refresh during a drive or catch up with friends. The café seems well-suited to mid-morning or afternoon visits when a quick, dairy-rich snack or cool drink can perk you up. Evening visits for a light bite appear popular too, especially with options like pasta and some warm desserts.

Locals seem drawn to Milma Primus for its fresh dairy-based products and the quality of its small bites rather than as a full meal destination. It’s a place where you can enjoy an uncomplicated, unhurried pause with something tasty and different from the usual roadside cafes. Those fond of milk-forward treats and straightforward sandwiches with a side of local flavor will find it worth a visit.

Visited Milma Primus recently and had a great experience! We tried their Club Sandwich, Honey Chilli Momos, Dynamic Pops, and the signature Primus Tea — everything was fresh, flavorful, and served with care. A pleasant surprise was the new Mexican snack they offered us for a trial — it was absolutely yummy and definitely a must-try once it hits the menu! A perfect blend of spice and crunch. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, and the staff was polite and attentive. Highly recommended for anyone looking to try something tasty and different in town!

This newly opened café by Milma offers an amazing ambience and a wide range of milk-based products. You'll find unique items like milk peda, payasam mix, cookies, mango drinks, flavored milk, paneer, yogurt, ice creams, ghee, burfi, and more—far more than what you’d typically see in regular shops. They also serve momos and sandwiches, making it a great spot for quick bites and indulging in milk delicacies. While parking is limited, nearby spots should be available. Conveniently located on the main road, it’s easy to access.

The items at Milma Primus Café were okay. The falooda looked nice and tasted decent, and the hazelnut frappe was alright too. fine for a quick refreshment.
